Machine Operator – 2nd Shift
Type: Temp to Hire
Location: North Andover, MA
Pay: $23/hr
We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our team at a manufacturing facility in North Andover. This role is responsible for setting up and operating equipment that converts large rolls of paperboard into sheets and/or coats and laminates rolls of paperboard to film, foil, or other rolls of paperboard. The goal is to produce high-quality products while maintaining optimal machine speed and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Set up and operate heavy machinery for paperboard conversion, coating, and laminating.</li>
<li>Ensure products meet quality standards and production goals.</li>
<li>Perform routine checks and adjustments to maintain machine performance.</li>
<li>Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience: Previous experience operating heavy equipment in a manufacturing environment required. Experience in sheeting, coating, laminating, or printing is a plus.</li>
<li>Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.</li>
<li>Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</li>

<li>Basic math skills.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).</li>
<li>Must live within 25 miles of North Andover, MA.</li>

As a Sr Injection Molding Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully with the organization.
Job Title: Senior Injection Molding Technician
Location: Rutland, VT
Pay Range: $29.20 - $34.90 hourly
What's the Job?
<ul>
<li>Optimize and adjust injection molding processes to maximize efficiency and maintain product quality.</li>
<li>Set up, calibrate, and maintain injection molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve process and equipment issues, including defects and material inconsistencies.</li>
<li>Train and mentor process technicians, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.</li>
<li>Collaborate with production teams to ensure molded parts meet specifications and implement corrective actions.</li>
</ul>
What's Needed?
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, plastics engineering, or related field preferred.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in injection molding, with at least 2 years in a lead or technician role.</li>
<li>Proficiency in injection molding machine operation, mold setup, and process optimization.</li>
<li>Strong leadership, training, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001), basic computer skills, and ability to read technical drawings.</li>
