Job Description
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the overall condition, safety, and operation of all Cataldo facilities. This includes everything from general repairs to supporting larger projects like renovations or site changes.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform routine maintenance across multiple disciplines: janitorial, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.
· Assist with snow removal and seasonal planning
· Help maintain exterior grounds, including landscaping
· Conduct regular facility inspections and address issues proactively

Required Qualifications

We have an exciting, full-time opportunity for a caring, energetic, and organized individual to oversee programming and daily enrichment activities in Andover, NH. The Site Director is responsible for the overall daily operations of a site with the primary concern for a comprehensive, outcome-driven program and service delivery.
