What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using sound judgment to address issues as they arise.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.</li>
<li>Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.</li>
<li>Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and assisting with visitor management.</li>
<li>Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to staff, patients, and visitors.</li>
<li>Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner as directed by Allied Universal and site leadership.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li>
