Retail Merchandiser & Display Installer

Duration: 3-6 months with conversion to PERM depending on performance
Location: Newton, MA 02462 (free parking, see note) M-F 8/8:30am- 4:30/5pm
 
MUST HAVES
- front desk experience, customer service, healthcare experience

PARKING DETAILS

DESCRIPTION

<li>We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Department Coordinator to support Women’s Health (multi-specialty MIGS, MFM and ART services) onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm (shifts are staggered).</li>
</ul>
 
Role Overview
<ul>
<li>Department Coordinators play an integral part in the operations of our Women’s Health Practice. Dedicated to administrative support, these Coordinators serve as the gatekeepers of our practices and ensure that teams are delivering the highest quality experience, exceeding our patients' expectations.</li>
</ul>
 
Support responsibilities may include:
<ul>
<li>Provides Departmental support by performing receptionist and clerical duties.</li>
<li>Scheduling patient appointments</li>
<li>Answering the telephone system promptly and gathering screening information; taking, relaying, and managing messages and/or providing routine information. Retrieving voicemail messages, returning calls, and forwarding messages as needed</li>
<li>Referral management and health insurance payor review.</li>
<li>Organizing and maintaining patient records, logs and other controlling systems; retrieving files as needed. Developing and maintaining systems to assure accurate, confidential, retrievable information</li>
<li>New patient coordination</li>
<li>Other special projects and administrative tasks that are assigned.</li>
</ul>
