<li>Help develop and implement an end-to-end integrated technology governance framework to support technology lifecycle management, in partnership with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders from across MassMutual.</li>
<li>Collaborate with stakeholders across the technology organization, including but not limited to enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data privacy, data governance, AI governance, and resilience to enhance technology onboarding processes.</li>
<li>Develop a formal plan for delivery of an integrated governance framework for technology, data, security and resiliency, across all of MassMutual, with milestones, dependencies, risks and constraints.</li>
<li>Drive adoption of the integrated technology governance framework through communication and training across the organization, including technologists and business partners.</li>
<li>Provide status reporting to senior leadership, including adoption metrics and improvement opportunities.</li>
<li>Define, implement, and deliver key metrics to measure and report on the effectiveness of the governance processes implemented.</li>

The Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelors degree</li>
<li>2+ years of previous experience implementing technology governance processes.</li>
<li>2+ years of working knowledge of technology governance frameworks.</li>
<li>8+ years of experience in governance, risk, compliance, technology and/or cybersecurity.</li>

<li>Provide daily onsite IT support at the Walpole, MA site. (5 days a week onsite, 8 hours per day M-F)</li>
<li>Qualified candidate will be responsible for daily IT support of PCs (Laptop and Desktop), basic network troubleshooting, and specific manufacturing facility IT device support such as servers, phones, printers, and handheld scanners, etc.</li>
