The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. The Radar Systems (RS) Department is searching for a Section Leader to join a team of engineers that designs and develops world-class Sensor systems in our Tewksbury and/or Marlborough, MA, locations.
As a Section Leader, the candidate will be expected to perform day-to-day management of a group of multi-disciplinary systems engineers, with the primary responsibility of ensuring that each employee has suitable work assignments and opportunities for growth and advancement.&nbsp; Management duties include performance development and appraisal, career coaching and ensuring adherence to company policies, actively participate in RS leadership team goals and initiatives, support department hiring and support program staffing. Candidates will contribute to the technical oversight of employees, monitor program execution, and provide radar system subject matter expertise in direct support of program efforts and proposal activities.
This position can be located in either Tewksbury, MA or Marlborough, MA
