The Opportunity: Front Desk Receptionist We are seeking a reliable, professional and welcoming Front Desk Receptionist to join our Pike Community. Position Summary:
The Count Room Attendant will be responsible for the collection and count of games’ cash boxes from the gaming floor and the cash and ticker count conducted in the count room in accordance with company Internal Control Policies and Procedures as well as state regulations. 
Essential Responsibilities:

Who we need: 
We are seeking a professional, dependable, and personable Overnight Concierge to join our team at a historic condominium building in Boston’s iconic Back Bay neighborhood—just a short walk from Copley Station. The Concierge will maintain a secure environment for the residents; ensuring that all residents and visitors are properly greeted and screened, and provide residents with personal services in an efficient, responsive, and professional manner. 
This 40-hour position plays a vital role in maintaining a welcoming and secure environment for residents, guests, and commercial tenants. With 110 residential units and 27 commercial entities, our building operates across three daily shifts. The concierge is often the first point of contact and a key player in ensuring building operations run smoothly and safely around the clock. The Concierge will report to the Building Manager. 
 
What you'll do:
<ul>
<li>Monitor building activity and control access to residential and other common areas. </li>
<li>Preannounce and document electronically all visitors before allowing access beyond the lobby</li>
<li>Enforce building policies and house rules to promote a safe and respectful environment.</li>
<li>Greet and assist residents, visitors, and delivery personnel professionally and courteously.</li>
<li>Respond to emergencies, incidents, and service requests; accurately document all events.</li>
<li>Coordinate package management, including logging, storing, and notifying residents of deliveries (including perishables).</li>
<li>Oversee move-ins, move-outs, and large deliveries via the building’s loading dock.</li>
<li>Be familiar with all key building mechanical areas, locations, and shut offs.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with the building manager and facilities director regarding any issues or resident concerns.</li>
<li>Ensure smooth shift transitions by relaying essential information to the next shift.</li>
<li>Support a team-oriented atmosphere and uphold a consistent standard of service.</li>
</ul>
What we're looking for:
<ul>
<li>Minimum age: 21</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>
<li>Prior concierge, hospitality, or front desk experience is a plus</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Fluent in English (spoken and written)</li>
<li>Strong judgment, dependability, and professionalism are essential</li>
</ul>
Experience:
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated experience in service and hospitality. </li>
<li>Take pride in their appearance, their service role, and their commitment to services excellence. </li>
<li>Have outstanding communication Skills – from professional writing to eloquence of speech and body language. </li>
<li>Be able to demonstrate a proven history of reliability to a set work schedule. </li>
<li>Bring an extremely engaging and attentive personality to a team of highly motivated hospitality professionals. </li>
