Position Summary:
The Activities Assistant delivers the recreational and social programing, in accordance with our residents' individual assessment and care plans. Plans and coordinates group social activities/events for the residents at the facility.
Primary Responsibilities:

<li>Interview residents or family members to obtain activity information</li>

Minimum Qualifications:
