This is a full time role (40 hours/week) with 8 hour shifts generally taking place Monday - Friday between 7:30am-5:30pm based at one of our offices presently focused on our Senior Health member population (age 65+).] in Hyannis, MA.

Arranging tests (CT, MRI, Echo, etc), insurance pre-certifications.

Requesting and obtaining referrals for patient visits and surgery.

Administer injections (mostly IM), perform EKG’s, ear irrigation, flu tests, strep tests, uncomplicated dressing changes, etc.

Refill medications, execute follow-up calls, triage clinical calls, transcribe nursing voicemails and answer patient questions.

Telephone health screenings for patients.

Room patients for provider visits: Record patient data/history, chief complaint, verify pharmacy information, accurately verify medication and allergy lists, check vital signs, discuss screening recommendations (colonoscopy, mammogram, eye exams, etc).

Assist with medical supply orders and maintain fully stocked exam rooms.

Required Knowledge &amp; Skills
