· Install holding fixtures, cams, gears, and stops to control stock and tool movement, using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
· Proficiency with hoists, fasteners, and hand tools.
· Proficiency with toolholders manually or by turning handwheels.
· Complete in process inspection of machined parts using a variety of precision measuring tools such as micrometers, microscopes, fixtures, indicators, and special tools.
· Other duties assigned.
Education:
· 5 to 7 years of experience in a CNC manufacturing facility
· High school diploma or equivalent education

JOB SUMMARY
The QC Technician contract role will be responsible for routine and non-routine QC sampling and testing for the quality of products manufactured for our clients. QC is responsible for execution of the Environmental Monitoring (EM) program in place to monitor Genezen's controlled manufacturing environments (cleanrooms) as well as monitoring of utility systems including Water for Injection (WFI), Pure Steam, Purified Water, Compressed Air and Gas systems.
